Great ingredients, easy on stomach
I’m in my late 30s and I’ve been using these multivitamins for 5+ years. They are great and don’t upset my stomach. The ingredients are wonderful. Will continue to buy.

Good, high-quality vitamin from reputable brand
I am a big fan of Garden of Life products, especially this multivitamin. It contains everything I need in one shot, with high-quality ingredients. Yes, it is a little pricier than some of its competitors, but investing in myself is more important than a few dollars. I personally have not noticed any kind of aftertaste with is, but I take it with plenty of water and food.

Excellent Vitamins – highly recommend
They don’t seem to upset my stomach and I like that they are organic. I do feel perkier with better energy when I’m consistent with taking them every day.A couple years ago I was working in a high stress job , and had a period that lasted 2 solid weeks with blood clots. I didn’t have health insurance and was panicking. All my other periods had just lasted 4-5 days. I started taking this same vitamin along with a hormone balancing supplement , in addition .. a whole food iron supplement – the iron was just taken for a week total) but within 2 days my period halted – and every period since hasn’t been more than 5 days long (sometimes only 3 days have actual bleeding) and it comes every month on time.I haven’t continued the iron supplement or the hormone balancing supplement for over a year and a half, just try to eat somewhat decently and taking these vitamins. Have not passed any clots or had that heavy of a period since then.

Decent vitamins. They tasted like grass and the pills are quite large since they aren’t capsules the can be difficult to swallow.

I do like this Multivitamin.
I waited for a few weeks to do a review on this Multivitamin. I wanted an all natural (not petroleum based) vitamin blend. I have had NO side effects and am pleased. I have taken them with food and without food and I don’t notice any difference. I feel like I have more energy each day so that’s a very good thing. I was wanting a Multi that would include many of the minerals that we need each day to balance out our system. I believe I will reorder these and continue taking them over the next year. I will post updated reviews as the year goes on. Thank you to the vendor for shipping these so promptly and packaged well.
