Secure and great for outdoor activities 🙂
Happy with my purchase! I’ve only ever used long cloth wraps but I needed something sturdier for hikes and bike riding and that my husband could use as well. I like it so much I use it for day trips out like the grocery store, museum or park as well! Good quality and the mesh and fabric is breathable works well for us in the Texas summer. We got the green vs the black to help with the heat. I was a bit nervous about the Velcro bottom but it feels sturdy and has stuck on well so far. My husband and I can both use it which is great (I am about 5ft and my husband is about 6ft). We’ve only front carried so far since our daughter is only about 7 weeks. The part is a little wider than I would like for baby’s legs but we’ve been able to get her in and she sleeps almost instantly and comfortably every time. She feels very secure compared to my cloth carriers. I like the pockets in the carrier great for keys or snacks for my other littles on short walks. Has made going out with three kids less stressful!

Ever see those beautiful African women carrying babies on their backs all day? Yeah me too, wife thought this would be an “easier” way to load em’ up, hell its got Velcro and buckles too, no need for those pesky knots and fabric origami. Works so good shell force YOU to wear it to pace around the house while you and your infant produce more thermal energy than the giant ball of hot plasma that gives us life. Hell you could run a city off the BTU’s you and your infant will produce in just an hour of bouncy walking. Should you buy it? Absolutely! Pro tip #1 Only go shirtless if you want your skin to fuse with you infants while the both of your perspirate combines in the thermonuclear chamber that is this child carrier producing the very conditions that sparked life on earth. Seriously, we make new species of self replicating proteins every day! Overall this item is perfect for biotech research, parent/child bonding (whether you want it or not), and keeping your kid quiet for a couple of hours while you walk around pretending to get things done.

Comfortable and Easy-to-Use Baby Carrier
Got this carrier with a few others for our first born. We’ve been able to compare this to other carriers and I can say that it’s very straight forward on how to use, and is more then comfortable for both baby and the parent. The waist band is my favorite part, it goes on so easy and maintains a solid hold to support the baby. Looking forward to testing this carrier on long hikes and trips as the baby continues to grow.

Worth the price
Got this for a sturdier option for my husband to carry our newborn and it’s perfect. You can always count on Osprey for quality and value. Best part is that our baby will grow with this carrier given the many carrying options.

Osprey Poco Soft Baby Carrier for Newborns
I purchased both the Poco and Poco LT models for our 6mo twin girls, as I was unable to discern a noticeable difference between them online. I think the LT is a lighter weight model using some different materials, but they are overall very similar in design and functionality. We already had some carriers my wife had purchased that I wasn’t the biggest fan of, and I wanted to give these a try. Overall, I’m not happy with how they hold the baby and we’ve exclusively used the other brand carriers. The bottom support on these is too wide and makes the baby spread their legs farther than what seems comfortable, both facing toward and way from you. These otherwise seem like well made carriers, but I’d recommend looking elsewhere if your baby’s health and comfort is the top priority.

I love this carrier, and both of my children do too. It comfortably accommodates my newborn and my three-year-old (when they’re on my back), and it’s really comfortable for me to wear. The only thing I find a little tricky is fastening the clip at the back when I’m on my own. I think I just need to work on my flexibility a bit!I like the sun cover, and here in Scotland it works well to keep any rain off!I have owned more expensive carriers and this preforms better. Brilliant value for money. It is very sturdy and folds up well and packs away into a small space like under a pram or in a bag.

This carrier is excellent. It’s comfortable and breathable for the wearer and is easy to adjust to fit well. The back is breathable for the baby too which keeps them cooler in the summer but is still very supported all round. My baby is held in place and isn’t moving around a lot as I walk (not like some other carriers). The carrier is easy to get on and off and can be adjusted which the baby inside too. Some carriers on the market are branded as suitable for a newborn and they are not however this one is. It supports the back of their head and bum perfectly.Overall this is a very well made carrier and although it is on the higher price end of the market it is well worth the money. One thing I will point out is that if you are a woman with bigger hips (above a size 20) or a larger waisted man this carrier may not fit.
