Cute and fun educational toy. I like the blocks that rattle. Cons: the shape holes are on opposite sides so it’s better to set them up with the right 4 shapes for the side they’re playing on. Don’t expect to pass it down through multiple kids because the elastic will stretch out over time.

Sturdy toy that is easy to manipulate by very young
A great toy with a side of learning. The wooden box has stood up to the treatment that a loving wild child can give to it. All the parts were there. The bands on some ends was a new thing for me but they worked great as an easy introduction for putting blocks back in the box. The toddler liked that and later transitioned to the standard block box with only the specialized holes. I highly recommend for age 6 month to 16 month old kids.

I love how there are different sides to this for different experiences for your baby depending on their level of development, so you get plenty of use out of it. My son has first enjoyed learning how to get his hands through the strings to retrieve the blocks as he’s not yet old enough to be working out which block goes in which hole. It’s really well made and seems very durable.

This has been a great toy for my oldest and youngest. We did lose the pieces a few times but my 3yr old still plays with it, she has ad it since she was 6mo. It is adaptable to the stages they go through, and every age it has been appropriate, as they learn to pull things out, shake the shapes to make noise, then put them in the easy and hard eoastic sides, and play with the elastics (which are STILL intact). Eventually they learn where the shapes go. It is a heavy toy (well built!) so… some head bonks have happened… but my toddler is now using it to learn shapes/build towers/make music. Great toy.
