I like it but it’s not firm enough it’s padded but it’s not firm like in the photo the sides go as if it were to the floor

No support on sides. But very soft
I think that it is very cute, and it’s very soft. I love it for having her lay in it and look up at all the toys. It really gets my baby’s attention. My problem with this product is the picture is false advertisement. It does not stay up at all on any sides. That was the main reason for me buying this because I liked the idea of being able to put her in it and walk away for a moment knowing she’d be encased in the play mat. Being that it doesn’t stay up, means I can’t put any balls inside.
