Good vitamins
How can anyone tell if a vitamin “works”? They seem to have a good mix of necessary vitamins and they’re easy to swallow. No noticeable change in energy levels…I eat a very good diet, exercise, and don’t drink/smoke, so my energy is off the charts anyway, even at 63yo. I take these just in case I am missing anything. One star off for a few unrecognizable ingredients I never heard of.

Very good vitamin for GLP 1 users! No upset stomach!
Love this doesn’t upset my stomach at all, belching them up. As someone who’s on a GLP one you don’t always fill up your stomach so that your vitamins doesn’t upset your stomach. This is the only one I could find that did not cause me to be sick to my stomach been taking them for over a year now!

The best multivitamin ever!
These are the best vitamins I have ever taken in my whole life. They’re easy on the stomach. They’re easy to swallow. They’re loaded with more vitamins then I’ve ever seen any other vitamin brand having in it. I’m already noticing a difference in the allergy seasons that I’m not being afflicted with allergies. So quite frankly, I owe it to this brand for making an exceptional product.
