Super comfortable! Lasted whole shift!
Love it! It took a while to charge for the first time, but it lasted my whole 9 hour shift. I was moving around the whole time and I didn’t have to adjust it at all. And once I memorized the buttons it was super easy to do all the settings without looking. The massage is also nice! It’s different vibrations and it worked GREAT for the back pain. I highly reccomend! Also I get super sweaty with any heat, and the device still didn’t move, it has like fuzzy padding on the part that touches you, and it wasn’t wet after 9 hours! Plus the pattern is super cute if anyone sees it.

Soothing Pain Relief on the Go
i bought this for my daughter and she loves it. We have used the plug in pads from the pharmacy for years which can be uncomfortable and hard to keep in place. This is such a great invention with no cord , it allows for pain relief on the go. The heat output is just right, not too hot but hot enough to soothe cramps. The mild vibrations are a great added feature. The auto shut off timer feels short but easy to just resarr the device. Charges last a long time and supports many hours of use.

Multifunctional wearable heating pad !!!
I ordered this portable heating pad months ago, this is by far one of the best purchases i’ve made in a while!! Extremely convenient, great battery life, adjustable as well as stretchy band, and it’s adorable!!! Its works for menstrual cramps and back pain as well. The heat levels are adjustable. The perfect size to wear under clothing, sometimes i forget I wearing it because of how light it is!! My favorite feature is the auto shut off so you never have to worry about it staying on to long and being too hot highly recommend!!!

Sometimes doesn’t want to charge.
So this thing occasionally has issues charging and can take up to 3 days to get a full charge. I switched to charging with my Samsung cable and it seems to work a bit better. But it’s still a while day of charging.That being said, when it does work, I love it. I get pelvic surgery every 4 months and this thing has been a life saver for the cramps, cannot recover as well without it. Only reason that it has 4 stars. And it lasts through the 2-3 days at the hospital with the occasional use without needing a charge. So very big plus there. I usually use the 3rd heat setting and the 1st or 2nd vibration setting. It gets pretty hot (up to 149°F) and the vibration gets to be more of a tickle at higher settings. It does NOT massage. I mistakenly thought it did when I bought it and was surprised to find it only vibrates. It auto shuts off at 30 minutes, and there is no way to change that.

Not just for periods!
While this is great for period pains, I also use this for my lower back. I wear a size 12 pants in US sizing, the belt is adjusted almost to max (though it is elastic so there is still plenty of give). It heats up nicely and quickly and I like the various massage levels. Auto shut off after 30 minutes. The pad portion looks a little small, but it is actually the perfect size in my opinion as it isn’t super wide or bulky and can fit discreetly in jeans under a big hoodie (for when I’m in pain but need to be on-the-go.

Buy another brand, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
There are so many other better options, don’t waste your money!! Mine broke in less than 48 hours after arrival, I requested a return and they offered to replace it for free so I took them up on that. Well it’s been a month and the replacement keeps getting “delayed” the day it’s meant to be delivered so now I’ve just cancelled the replacement order and can’t even attempt to do a return on my original heating pad.(Also to mention when it broke it was because it was charging on its own without being plugged it and you could feel the screen and buttons burning up underneath. It then just decided to stop charging all together)As for the heating pad itself, it’s okay, it gets really hot, which I loved but I hated the feature that turned it off after 30 minutes, I understand on the highest setting but honey I have cramps for hours at a time I don’t want to keep turning it off and on

Worth every penny! Will buy again.
This is amazing!! Long lasting, cute, and comfy. I was worried the belt wouldn’t fit as I’m a big girl but it does! I love the fact that it shuts itself off too, I’ve had bad experiences before, and I don’t have to worry about burning myself or something else.
