Comfortable, Stable, and Useful
This is a good chair if comfort is your main priority. The cushions feel nice, the fabric is soft, and it has become the seat I use most often in the evening. The chair also swivels and glides smoothly, which adds a nice, relaxing motion. I also like the side pocket because it keeps the little things instead of getting lost between cushions. The massage is lighter than I expected, but I don’t mind it because I mostly use it while relaxing or watching a show. Assembly was not difficult exactly, just a little time-consuming. Once it was put together, the chair looked good and felt stable.

Really good chair for the money. The chenille fabric is soft to the touch and looks elegant. The massage isn’t deep tissue, but it’s still very relaxing. I absolutely love the heating feature. The chair is very sturdy and swivels smoothly. Overall, a great addition to my home.

Needs Fixed to work.
Not good for seniors. Must be extremely strong with your feet to manually lower the recliner. I cant so its hard to get out of. Biggest problem is the power plug was crushed that you hook together after chair is together. So heat or massage does not work. Assembly is not easy .

Arms portion of chair and ridiculous design, required assemble. Difficult overall to assemble. Not very comfortable. If I could return it I would.

Nice living room recliner
This is a really nice chair for the price. The chenille material is soft, the cushions are comfortable, and the black color matches my living room well. The vibration massage is gentle, which I actually prefer when I’m just trying to relax. The heat in the lumbar area feels great. Assembly took a little time, but once it was together, the chair felt sturdy and smooth.
