puffy supportive comfy. this is the one!
after agonizing over which pillow i got the Amagoing Pregnancy pillow 57″ pink. i was worried it wouldnt be puffy. ITS PUFFY! it has a nice spring back to it as well. i got it yesterday and it says to let it sit out for 72 hours to fully puff. i did let it sit for a few hours before using last night because it was already puffy. fabric said jersey but it doesnt really like jersey per say. it does feel cool to touch even tho its not one of cooling ones. however i didnt feel hot. i didnt get this for pregnancy. i got it to support my legs and arms for severe back n hip pain due to medical conditions. i live with alot back pain n find it hard to get comfortable. i was able to get comfy with this pillow and felt it adequately supported my limps to minimize back n hip pain and improved sleep quality. i felt cozy n secure in it. the pillow part was good for sleeping and didnt hurt my neck and as a side sleeper it kept me elevated enough for my shoulders not to hurt. im very pleased with it and definitely recommend.

Much more than just a “pregnancy pillow”’
About 2 1/2 years ago I tried out my first “U”-shaped pregnancy pillow to see if it may help with my back/ hip/joint troubles due to rheumatoid arthritis & an extensive work related injury.WOW! Being a restless sleeper and continuously waking up from painful movements, I slept through the night for the first time & was hooked. Laying on my back, on either side, on my belly, or sitting up reading, the pillow supports me fully. There are countless positions to make life easier for me. When my legs swell from standing too long, I just reverse the “U” to elevate my feet and use a standard pillow for my head.I purchased several pillow covers (warm for winter, cool for summer) in various colors to match my bedding.Sadly I spilled a whole cup of mocha (with cream!!) on my old pillow, rendering it useless as the core is not washable! I am keeping the clean filling for future uses as ALL fillings will loose fluffiness. Ugh …..I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a new pillow in mint green. Reading the reviews I was a little skeptical but with Amazon’s easy return policy I decided to give it a try.The package seemed small but relatively heavy. After carefully opening the carton, I found a “brick” and had to cut 3 more bags open before the pillow popped out like a “Jack in the box”!While I’m against extensive plastic packaging, I appreciate the care of the manufacturer to present their customer with a clean, dirt & bug free product. Having worked in international transportation, I know too well how devastating & expensive a bug infestation can become. Thank you AMAGOING for your care.After fluffing the pillow I left it to retain its form for a couple of days and used my dryer on “no heat” to distribute the filling evenly. Size, thickness, softness & color of the pillow: absolutely perfect for me. While the cover is a little warm for this time of the year, it’s made out of a beautiful velour, the color true to description and very cuddly! It is a light silver-mint and fits seamlessly into my bedroom color scheme.So far the zipper on pillow (to adjust filling) and cover work well without snags, the filling gives me just the right support I need.When I show my bedroom, most people are confused by the long bulge in the middle of my full-size bed. It almost looks like someone is hiding under my duvet. lol!! Currently I’m just using my top sheet as cover and keep my pillow underneath; come fall & winter I will keep it under my duvet ready to support me.Care: I frequently renew the fluffiness in the dryer on no heat and change/wash the covers at least every 2 weeks. After a few months I may add more filling depending on need.While I can’t vouch for the sturdiness of this pillow as it is new, it seems well made just like my old one and that lasted 30 months of daily use!I highly recommend this pillow to anyone with joint/ back problems, any type of arthritis! The quality is great & the price is a steal.Update 08/19/2025After weeks of use, my pillow is going a little flat in spots most often used but retaining its softness & support. Finally, after using this pillow, it dawned on me, overstuffing like I did my previous pillow is not the answer as it makes it heavier & harder (a royal pain when changing cover)! It has the perfect amount of filling! No matter the material: wool, synthetic, feathers, down feathers, everything will become less fluffy with use. The very best way to keep it fluffy is a 20-30 minute refresh in the dryer on no heat with tennis or dryer balls.All my life I’ve slept under down comforters and I remember as a child my mom would shake the comforter out and spread it over the windowsill for the sun to refresh. Other times, she would open the comforter & suck the down out & back in (as you can tell, I’m old. It was a long time ago). lol

Pillow nest!
I’m not pregnant but I got this to help with poor sleep posture, and it is sooo comfortable. I’ve tried so many types of pillows but none are as supportive as this one. My tossing and turning is significantly reduced, and so is my back and hip pain. I love how it supports me from the front and from behind, and between my knees and arms, all in one piece so when I need to flip over I don’t have to reposition a bunch of pillows. It’s also supportive enough to keep me on my back for long periods of time, and it supports sitting in bed if you prop up the head rest part. Some reviews complain about the flimsiness – while it is soft and slightly lumpy, it’s filled generously, feels bouncy, and retains its shape with no problems. Crawling into bed and into this pillow nest is such a joy every single night.

Versatile, washable, comfortable, holds up nicely
It can be comfortable for side sleepers with neck, back or hip pain besides just pregnancy. I have discovered though that eventually I want to wiggle out of this position during the night and now have to discard this cumbersome pillow off the bed. It’s very comfortable when I first get in the bed and can doze off to sleep quickly, but eventually I want out. The quality is very good. You can take it off easily wash it zip it back on no problem. You can manually distribute the fluff on the internal pillow, remove it or possibly add more from some other discarded pillow. It’s very versatile.

Not enough stuffing
It doesn’t have enough stuffing and is not firm at all anywhere on itThe cover is a nice color and very soft but the pillow itself isn’t firm and has no contours as the picture showsI would have rather had an overstuffed pillow than having one that is so squishy because of lack of stuffing

Best sleep
It feels like sleeping on a cloud. It took one quick nap to figure out my comfort position. It does take up a significant amount of space on the bed. Great for side sleeping and lower neck/belly support. Case withheld washing. Worked well for heights 4’10” and 5’5” with extra length in U shape to spare

I was very hesitant to order this pillow because I saw quite a few reviews saying it was flat and not good quality. I got my pillow, it came so vacuum sealed it was like a brick, it had been just over 24hrs not even the recommended 72 AND I slept with it last night and I find this pillow perfectly puffy. Yes its not SUPER firm like it looks in the photo but its far from flat. It offers support but just the right amount that you can squish it between your arms and legs comfortably. The only reason I didn’t give it full stars is because it would be better if it was even just 8inches longer on both sides as it reaches between my legs but only just enough to tuck and I feel it would be more comfortable if it reached through further so it didn’t slide out too easily… man that sounds dirty but is the truth lol 😆 anyways im 5’6.5″ pregnant and heavier set of a woman. Also way better than the pillow I had my first Pregnancy because i flop from side to side all night so I like that its symmetrical because my last pillow was c shaped so everytime I rolled over I had to roll the pillow with me and reposition it but I dont have to do that with this one so its nice.Also only down fall is the velvet is a warmer material and im running very hot this pregnancy.
