bbhugme was founded in Norway by three chiropractors specialized in maternity care. When their pregnant patients struggled to sleep and find the right comfort and support, they created the adjustable Pregnancy Pillow.
How do I adjust my pregnancy pillow?
After putting the cover on the pillow, secure it with a Pebble at each end. Slide the Pebbles out to make the pillow softer and push the Pebbles in to make it firmer. This adjustability helps you find your perfect level of comfort.
How do I wash my pregnancy pillow?
Do not put the inner pillow in the washing machine. Gently clean it with a wet towel. The outer cover is machine washable on medium heat. Hang to dry. The Pebbles can be washed in the dishwasher or in the sink with warm water.
How long is the pregnancy pillow?
The length of the pregnancy pillow is 55-57 in. (140-145cm.). These dimensions are for the inner pillow and may vary slightly due to the microbead filling, which is filled to a degree that allows the pillow’s firmness to be adjusted once assembled.
What are the materials used in the pregnancy pillow?
The inner pillow is filled with ultra-fine EPS microbeads, which give the pillow its adjustability and pressure-relieving comfort. The outer cover is 95% cotton and 5% spandex jersey fabric. The Pebbles are made from BPA-free silicone.

Best Pillow I’ve Ever Bought
This pillow is a little expensive but I’m glad I spent the money. I love how this pillow contours to my body. I’m currently using it to make me comfortable during my pregnancy but honestly I wish I had bought it years ago. It’s easily adjustable and very supportive. The outer shell is so soft. It’s easy to move around with at night. I also love the type of materials they used to make the pillow. I feel like I’ll have it way beyond my pregnancy because of the quality and just how much I love this thing.

Hands down the best pregnancy pillow and it’s not even close. I tried several types over my pregnancies and this one wins for versatility, multi functional design and high quality. It is very soft with a slight beanbag like texture but has firmness and offers great support. The shape and design means you can move it into so many shapes. It is very comfortable and supportive to sleep with, but also doubles as a v shaped pillow for my bigger kids to snuggle into for story time. Also you can lay it horizontally across the bed and it looks like a stylish decorative pillow rather than maternity gear. The BBhugme customer service stand by their product and sorted a small cover issue for me with no fuss. Incredibly comfortable and ergonomic and worth every cent!

Comfy Pillow, but Cover Isn’t Great
Everyone says this is a pregnancy must-have, so I went ahead and bought it — and I do love it. The pillow itself is super comfy and gives really good support. I love hugging it to sleep, and now in my third trimester, putting it behind my back helps me avoid sleeping flat on my back. Total lifesaver!My only gripe: after a few months, the cover started pilling like crazy. I felt crazy buying this pillow since it’s so pricey but it saved my sleep during pregnancy. I used it every day, even traveled with it because it was a sleep must for me, and now 6 months postpartum my daughter is using it to sit up in. We also use it as a tummy time pillow and it helps her get up on her knees now that she’s a little bigger. Worth the price for me!

Chemical smell & over priced
This pillow is absolutely terrible – they charge so much for something that looks to be worth maybe $40 at most. The pillow itself has a horrible chemical stench. I tried airing it out for two weeks and no luck. I actually am fearful the smell was dangerous especially for a pregnant so woman to inhale in her sleep. Would not recommend.

Lost its shape
I genuinely love this pillow — it’s comfortable, well-designed, and made pregnancy so much more manageable. That’s why it’s so disappointing to write this review.We bought it at the very beginning of pregnancy, and now at only 6 months in, the pillow has shrunk significantly, roughly by a quarter. It’s lost so much of its shape and support. The time when you need it most (third trimester!) and it feels like we’ll have to buy a second one.For the price this pillow costs, that’s really hard to accept. No one should need to buy two of these during a single pregnancy.
