Why can’t I feel much suction?
Examine the duckbill valve and replace immediately if damaged.
Ensure the duckbill, flange tunnel, diaphragm, and pump hub are sealed.
Center the nipple in the flange tunnel. Confirm a tight seal.
Experiment with different sizes and suction levels.
How can I ensure the heating function works properly on E20?
E20 offers 3 heat levels. Make sure the heating pins are fully extended, the pump hub is secured, and there’s no gap between the hub and diaphragm. Press the heat button. A solid orange light means heating is on. If it flashes, repeat the steps.
What should I know about charging E20?
To ensure proper charging:
– Wipe away any spilled milk on the pump hub and keep it dry and clean.
– Use a USB-C charging cable with a 5V/2A or higher rating adapter.
– Charge the pump fully before initial use. It doesn’t work while charging.
Can I use a microwave to sterilize eufy breast pumps?
No, it can damage the components and cause malfunctions.
Initial Use: Steam washable parts or boil with constant stirring for up to 5 minutes.
Daily Cleaning: Rinse washable parts with warm, soapy water and air dry. Sterilize as needed.

Eufy e20 – Just as good or better than my spectra s1
This is a great pump! If you’re trying to decide between it and the S1 pro, I think this is a great option. I really don’t see a lot of differences between the two other than that the S1 pro has a magnetic charging cord and case and more heating temperature options whereas this one has plug in chargers (which come with it) and 3 temperature options. Honestly I just do the highest temperature each time and don’t bother with the lower options. I couldn’t tell too much of a difference when I was trying them out. This pump still connects to the Eufy app so you can manage all the pumping options (start, stop, pause, temperature and pumping settings) by your phone which I love. You can also just press go on the pumps themselves and it will start on its own. There are a lot of pre set modes to pump with ranging from 30-90 minutes. I haven’t played around with all of them yet but the max mode gets just as much or more out compared to my Spectra S1. It comes with three different flange inserts (17, 19, 21mm). I see a lot of reviews saying they’re uncomfortable but I have not had any issues with them. My biggest complaint is that you still can’t lay down while pumping. I get the best output with a tight bra and sitting upright or leaning forward a bit. They are bulky so while I can hold my baby, I can’t baby wear with him while having these on. They keep fairly good suction the whole time so I usually don’t have any issues with leakage. I will lean forward to take them out so nothing drips. Overall I would give these a 9/10. They’re comfortable, they get a lot of output, they’re fairly easy to clean although I will probably get backup accessories soon so I don’t have to worry about that as much. I don’t think they’re too loud. I do think they look awkward under clothing so if I’m using them outside of the house I’ll wear a baggy sweatshirt to hide them better.

If you are debating between this and the more expensive models, save your money—this one does everything you need!Performance & OutputThe most important thing is that it effectively pumps and collects milk. The suction is impressive for a wearable, and my output has been fantastic (honestly comparable to my wall-plug pump). The motor is efficient, and I haven’t had any issues with it emptying me.The Heating ElementThe heating feature is a huge plus! There are only a few parts to wash (flange, diaphragm, valve, and collector), and they come apart and reassemble quickly. It doesn’t have tiny, hard-to-reach crevices where milk gets stuck, making the daily wash routine much less of a chore.

absolutely love the eufy Security Heated Breast Pump E20 Hands free. This pump has made my breastfeeding journey so much easier and more comfortable. The heated feature really helps with milk flow and makes each session feel soothing and natural.I love that I can connect it to the app, which tracks my progress for each breast. It also has different settings to help improve milk output depending on my needs. The hands free design is fantastic and I really like that it does not have tubes dangling everywhere.To be honest, it is not completely discreet. You can hear it while it is running but it is not overwhelmingly loud. For the amount of milk it pulls, I honestly do not mind the sound at all. The battery lasts through about six sessions before needing a recharge and it is fairly easy to clean and sanitize.Overall, it is efficient, comfortable, and makes pumping so much more manageable. I highly recommend it.

This is the 4th breast pump I’ve purchased. My supply started to dip a little and I was concerned. I bought his to have the benefit of the heating technology, which works really well to empty you out. I have tried other brands like willow go, Willow 360 and Zomee fit etc. and I really love this one. I unfortunately did not get the one with the rechargeable case simply because it was almost $100 more for the case however, the product is very good.My main goal with this item was to up my milk supply. This certainly did help. The pumps empty you out faster with the heat technology and if you want to power pump, you can set up timers within the program. Unfortunately, it does not automatically power pump like other brands like the Perifit.I would really like to see where this company goes with their breast pumps in the future because I think it will be an all-around great pump that can replace a lot of needs for women struggling with their milk supply and who are wanting to build up a freezer stash.I’m very happy with my purchase I would suggest getting inserts from a different company because the ones they come with may be a little bit uncomfortable for some. I unfortunately have flat nipples and would like something a bit more gentle.These pumps are much lighter than the Willow pumps and they’re a bit more discrete. These pumps also were great with the fridge hack. And are great to travel with make sure to get yourself some plugs for the top so that you don’t spill your milk when you lean over too far. Overall a really good purchase for the money.

These pumps have been fantastic! I’m a first time mom so I don’t have anything to compare it to but they are easy to use, easy to disassemble to clean and the heating function is a lovely bonus. Easy to throw in your diaper bag to take on the go. I don’t exclusively pump but when I need to pump on occasion these have worked great for me. I would definitely recommend these pumps

These are the only breast pumps I use and boy do I use them. I exclusively pump and use these babies 6 times a day seven days a week. I think I’ve totalled over 600 hours of use since I have gotten them. The output it great, suction is great, holds a charge really well. They aren’t silent but I don’t use them in public. I couldn’t walk around wearing them because it looks so silly. I do love them though, I had bought the E20 and don’t regret it even for a second.

This product is fraught with functionality issues – stopped working after 2 weeks of use. Additionally after giving this product to an expecting mom of twins, there was no opportunity to return it due to the 30 day return option. Product is not functionally sound and customer service is poor at best.
