Solid purchase firm roller
This foam roller is firm, well-made, and works great for deep tissue massage. The 15-inch size is perfect for home or gym use, and it really helps loosen tight muscles after workouts. Definitely a solid buy.

Oh yeah this baby will hit those painful places all over the body. Physical Therapy told me about getting one and I was definitely not sorry. It is worth investing in for muscle relaxation. It’s very firm but very effective.

Very hard/firm
I have never used a foam roller before and I was expecting something a bit softer. This roller is very hard and firm. At times it’s a little painful to use because it very hard.

Vanished my shoulder pain!
I was having really bad shoulder pain from work and it wouldn’t go away no matter how I stretched it. I had this pain for half a year and started to think it was going to just be that way- then I tried this! I had never rolled before so it was new to me entirely. This fixed my shoulder and feels amazing everyday. It’s a habit that was easy to form because it felt so good to use!

Seems to be heavy-duty
Just got it. It feel heavy and seems to be heavy duty. It supports weight without changing shape. I haven’t tried a full-on stress test though (standing on it). It does feel good when using it to massage out the back and other areas. Works well to strengthen the core (my main purppose for getting it). The foam is holding up well so far. I will update if I have any issues in the future!
