Forget huge, loud and complicated automatic pumps which cost hundreds and need to be pulled to pieces and cleaned thoroughly every time you use them. This 100% food grade and simple to use breast pump will change your life – truly. Fits perfectly into any handbag or baby bag and requires no hard work. Also the best travel pump you will find! This compact pump is perfect for long distance trips, planes, car rides, family BBQ’s or anywhere you would like to discretely express, quickly. Simply suction to your breast and let the pump do the work for you as it draws your milk using suction. 100% safe for mum, baby and our environment. How to use your breast pump: Sterilise your pump (caps are available online to purchase – caps keep the pump sterile after cleaning) Place top of pump over your nipple – make sure your nipple is n the neck of the pump and comfortable. Apply suction – you may need to adjust a couple of times. Once the pump is secure and comfortable you can squeeze the base of the pump (not interfering with the top/suction) to create some movement. A warm flannel on top of your breast is also a great tip and gently massage the top of your breast. Once milk begins to flow simply leave the pump alone to do its thing. Once the pump becomes full empty into a glass storage bottle and reposition. Also attach in the same way while your child is feeding on your other breast and collect all let down and milk which would other wise be lost into a breast pad. Waking up in the middle of the night or if engorged during the day also attach your pump for relief. Clean after each use. No bleach based agents

Life Saver!
This thing was a LIFE SAVER during my maternity leave! My son started sleeping through the night pretty early on (by 4 weeks), so by the time he would wake up at 5:30am for his first feeding I was SO swollen and full that he would only take one side. This stressed me out so much because I couldn’t just leave the other side still full…so I would either be crying trying to get him to wake up to eat the other side, or have to hook up the electric breast pump (which I HATED because there were so many parts to clean, and that would be an extra 20 minutes before I could go back to sleep). The Haakaa saved me for 2 reasons1) I needed to start a freezer stash for when I returned back to work at 8 weeks and this allowed me to do so without having to pump (the pediatrician suggested pumping AFTER his feedings to build my supply….who has time for that?!?! I would have been literally a milking cow the entire day).2) It’s literally effortless with zero pain and only ONE part that cleaned easily.I stumbled across this on a blog by accident when I was trying to figure out how to build my freezer stash before returning to work without losing my mind and I will never be more thankful for a product. I would use this for the first 2 feeding of the morning (since you’re fullest in the morning) and would have 4-6oz a day to put away in the freezer. All you have to do is squeeze the base, put on breast you aren’t feeding from and release base to get it to suction to your boob. The suction holds it in place. Then have your baby feed from the other side and it will trigger your let down on the side the Haakaa is suctioned to!!!!!!!Only negatives (but not bad enough to not warrant this a 5 star product) is that if you don’t pay attention, it can lose suction and come off (I just kept an eye on it and whenever it started to lose suction I would give it another squeeze to reestablish suction). Second is that is does not fully drain you like an electric pump would, but is enough to relieve you so you can go back to sleep (or for the second morning feeding, my son was usually awake enough that I would let him feed on that side after I used the Haakaa).Get this….you won’t regret it!!!!!

Highly Satisfied
The best thing ever. As a first time mom I had no idea about the let down on one side when the baby feeds on the other side and I was devastated by the amount of milk being wasted, because I was struggling to build a freezer stash. This product caught about 3-4oz every time I used it. Extremely satisfied with it.

I’m not not impressed
Surprisingly decent for something so simple- great for slightly increasing breast size and starting re-lactation efforts. This device was recommended for that. I will say it’s designed for larger breasts so not A and B cups or smaller areolas but you can tweek it and fold the flange to decrease the size. I use it every 3 hours for 5 mins it’s very helpful. No irritation whatsoever.. I ordered a 2nd one!

I want to cry happy tears!!
To the struggling breastfeeding mom… this is it!!! I have used every trick in the book to increase my milk supply. I’m talking teas, cookies, pills, herbal drops, shakes, more water, more calories, more breastfeeding friendly foods…you name it. And this worked to increase my milk literally overnight. And now, day 3, my breasts are heavier and full of milk. I pump milk twice a day and that did the trick.I was so sad that my baby boy was fussy at feeding times because I wasn’t producing a lot of milk. I also tried formula but he didn’t like it and wouldn’t drink it. So I knew it was on me to quickly figure out a way to increase my milk supply. But each day it was increasing! The suction can be adjusted to very strong or a softer suction. I also love that it’s one unit that’s easy to clean and store. I prefer to wash mine with soap, sterilize it in a sanitizing bag for breast pump parts and store it in a cup next to my bed. No more cords from breastpumps and washing what feels like a hundred pieces.I’m not saying I’ll never use an electric pump again but for the season I’m in now with my newborn and feeling exhausted… this is the easiest route until he’s able to be more independent (crawling and playing). Then I will incorporate my electric pump again. On a last note: I do believe my milk supply was low due to my son’s soft latch. He never latched on as strong as my daughters did. And I believe that’s why my milk was super low despite trying almost everything to increase it. The super strong suction, on my Haakaa, helped my body produce more milk – fast!

A must have breast pump for all breastfeeding moms!
This has been fantastic! While automatic breast pumps hurt over time, this doesn’t hurt at all and has increased my milk supply substantially, helping me to have enough for my baby. So simple to use and simple to wash, and gently increases your milk supply.

Breastfeeding must have
Great product, easy to use and clean.

I started using this product to capture let down while breast feeding my baby. It has been a great product, easy to use and clean and has helped me start a milk store with very little effort. I get between 30-60ml per use but that may differ for other users. This suits my needs currently.

My little one has been sleeping really well at night since very early on, which means I wake up with very full boobs! I simply attach this to one boob whilst she feeds off the other and my boobs are instantly relieved and I will have around 90ml (3oz) – or more if I empty the pump and put it back on – milk expressed ready to give her a bottle or freeze for later. I’m not sure it would be the best pump to use if you are looking to purely pump and not breast feed, as I’ve found that I get a lot more milk if I use it on one boob whilst feeding from the other. But if you are breast feeding, it’s a great way of collecting some milk, without having to find the time to pump between feeds. It’s really simple to use – just suction it on and leave it to do it’s job – and really easy to clean as it’s just one part with no fiddly little bits.

Save a lot of milk, while pumping on the other breast
