Soothing and warm
I got this herbal warmer mainly to help with menstrual cramps, and it’s been really comforting to use during my period. Once it heats up, it gives off a steady, gentle warmth that helps relax my lower abdomen when the cramps feel tight and uncomfortable.What I like most is that it’s filled with herbs like ginger, so it has a really natural and pleasant smell when it warms up. The scent isn’t too strong, just a light herbal fragrance that makes it feel extra relaxing.I usually use it while lying down or sitting on the couch, and it helps my body relax a lot. It doesn’t completely make the cramps disappear, but it definitely makes them much more manageable. Compared to a regular heating pad, this feels more natural and soothing.

Does the job, smells weird
They do the job for cramps and heat up relatively quickly. Mine didn’t last eight hours, but that really varies on environment. My main complaint is that it smells a bit weird, but that comes with the territory of what’s in it I guess. The strap holds it up well enough, but you definitely need to have something over it to keep it in place like underwear or tight pants.

Best Heating Wrap Band
I have painful menstrual cramps and in the winter its worst. Its a definite pain reliever. The other ones I purchased were only patches. This one is like a belt and wraps around your body. The band sticks very well. Its like velcro. Its really easy to put on. Its definitely a better fit for me cause I move a lot. It heats up in intervals but stayed warm for over 8 hours. Its very effective. I also used it for my kids when they went outside to play in the snow. I will purchase a lot more.

I like them , but
This is my first time using this product . I usually use the Lila’s natural patches , but they are really pricey . This patches are okay , you feel slight warmth, but they are not plus size friendly. Packaging is really nice and looks expensive. I don’t smell anything which is great because I plan to wear these to work . If you have post hysterectomy ovulation cramps like I do this is a great way to help relieve pain on the go .

Easy to use and effective.
These were so very easy to use and comfortable, not too hot but effective. I used it at night and woke up the next morning with my back feeling relaxed. My only concern as it is with a lot of products is there seems to be a lot of waste, disposable items are not ideal for the planet.
