My New Go-To Multivitamin 💊
I’ve been taking these methylated vitamins for exactly a month, and I’m thrilled with the results. I’ve noticed improvements in my overall energy, digestion, and well-being. I researched the ingredients thoroughly, and everything is clean. I haven’t had any adverse reactions.One important note: I don’t recommend taking these vitamins on an empty stomach, even something light like yogurt is best. I tried it once without food, and it made me feel nauseous. I usually take two capsules in the morning with my first meal or a lassi/yogurt, they’re easy to swallow, which is a big plus for me and it makes a noticeable difference in how I feel throughout the day. Staying hydrated has also enhanced the benefits for digestion.Because I don’t always get enough vitamins from my diet, this has been an excellent supplement. While it’s not a replacement for a balanced diet, it’s a very effective addition. With 240 capsules in the jar, a month of daily use still leaves me with more than half of the supply, so it’s a great value.I absolutely love this methylated multivitamin and plan to purchase it again. I’d give it five stars and may even consider subscribing if a monthly option is available. It’s now my daily go-to vitamin, and I highly recommend it.

Best vitamins ever!
These vitamins are awesome. Excellent quality. I have so much energy. I can actually get things done instead of procrastinating. I do take after a meal. I recommend taking them early due to the energy spurt. I work 12 hour shifts and I have energy when i get home. In addition to me being menopausal!

Good ingredients, quality product!
Warning- be sure to take them with some sort of food 😅 I know it says that but I took them while I was in a rush one day and I was wrecked until I could get food. Very nauseous and dizzy. A little warm but after food I was good. Just stared taking these a couple weeks ago and I can’t say one way or the other but I haven’t had any issues thus far aside from my own doing. Went with these ones because we’ve done a lot to find good supplements- not just ingredient wise but the way it’s processed to provide the best absorption and less wasted.
