Love these vitamins !!! I feel like they actually balance me out, I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall wellbeing mentally and physically (when taken consistently.) I no longer have random eye twitches, or pain in my joints , I see less hair in my brush after combing. My nails are growing longer, quicker. The pills also don’t have that bad aftertaste, which alone is a win for me.
